Who We Are
From complex NHS refurbishments to high-spec commercial fit-outs and structural alterations in residential properties, our projects vary in scale and scope, but our standards never change. Every job, whether £10,000 or £10 million, receives the same level of care, planning and quality control.
Our leadership team and senior site managers bring over two decades of hands-on construction experience across hospitals, schools, offices, listed buildings and live residential environments, often under challenging logistical or structural conditions. That experience means smoother projects, fewer surprises and a safer, more efficient working environment.

What We Do
Our work spans the UK, with the capability and flexibility to manage multiple concurrent projects. We are large enough to handle major works, yet agile enough to take on smaller, specialist projects that require expertise and attention to detail.
We deliver projects under traditional, design-and-build and framework arrangements, combining main-contractor discipline with the responsiveness of a smaller, specialist team.

Our Story
WHL Projects is part of the WHL Group, alongside WHL Building Consultancy and WHL Engineering. The group evolved naturally from our consultancy and engineering roots: after years of delivering building surveys, structural assessments and project management for clients across the UK, the opportunity emerged to bring construction delivery in-house.
Today, WHL Projects operates as the group’s main contracting arm, giving clients a single, accountable partner from design through to build. Every project benefits from surveying, engineering and construction expertise working together, reducing risk, improving efficiency and ensuring quality from start to finish.
